AREA SALES MANAGER - PREMIER FEED MILLS - IBADAN
PURPOSE
Responsible for strategic implementation sales and marketing plan to
maintain the visibility and sales of Topfeed
products in market and to the consumer.
THE JOB
- Implement
and monitor sales & marketing plan to maintain market visibility and
availability of Topfeed
Products in the assigned area by supervising promotional activities and
merchandising of product in major cities/farm centers.
- Verify,
review and recommend market data, information/intelligence report from farms,
markets, consumer and stake holders in the assigned area to assist the
management in decision making to keep Topfeed
as the number one brand in feed milling business.
- Assist
distributors and farmers in the assigned area to timely resolve issues and
manage the relationship while building confidence and loyalty to Topfeed
products.
- Identify
new business opportunities for Topfeed to
increase market share in the assigned area.
- Perform
other functions as instructed by the Management.
THE PERSON MUST
- Have
excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Be
results-driven with a strong sense of ownership.
- Have
solid understanding of agricultural or livestock-related industries.
- Ability
to work independently.
QUALIFICATIONS
- B.Sc.
or HND in Animal Science, Agricultural Engineering or related disciplines
EXPERIENCE
- Minimum
of three years’ experience in a similar role, preferably in the FMCG or food
industry.
