HR ASSISTANT FLOUR MILLS OF NIGERIA

PURPOSE

To manage employee records, and HR resources effectively, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and smooth HR operations.

THE JOB

  • Maintain accurate and compliant employee records - physical & digital
  • Monitor and validate Process the requisition and distribution of monthly free issues, soaps & detergent for uniform employees.
  • ID cards management.
  • Oversee requisition processes to support departmental operations-- stationery, fuel, work tools, furniture & fittings.
  • Manage allocation and distribution of departmental resources.
  • Drive operational excellence within HR service delivery.

THE PERSON MUST

  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to relate effectively across all levels.
  • Able to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently.
  • Good knowledge of office applications.
  • Possess strong organizational ability.

QUALIFICATIONS

  •  OND in Humanities or any relevant social sciences.

EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum of two years’ experience.
