PURPOSE
To manage employee records, and HR resources effectively,
ensuring accuracy, compliance, and smooth HR operations.
THE JOB
- Maintain
accurate and compliant employee records - physical & digital
- Monitor
and validate Process the requisition and distribution of monthly free issues,
soaps & detergent for uniform employees.
- ID
cards management.
- Oversee
requisition processes to support departmental operations-- stationery, fuel,
work tools, furniture & fittings.
- Manage
allocation and distribution of departmental resources.
- Drive
operational excellence within HR service delivery.
THE
PERSON MUST
- Have
excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good
interpersonal skills and ability to relate effectively across all levels.
- Able
to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently.
- Good
knowledge of office applications.
- Possess
strong organizational ability.
QUALIFICATIONS
- OND in Humanities or any relevant social
sciences.
EXPERIENCE
- Minimum
of two years’ experience.
