PURPOSE
To ensure timely process of final entitlement financial and benefit aspects of employee's departure from the company, ensuring a smooth transition and accurate payout of all entitlement.
THE JOB
- Processing final salary, bonuses, accrued vacation time, and other eligible payments for exiting employees.
- Ensures all final settlements are processed in accordance with relevant labor laws, company policies, and employment contracts.
- Working closely with HR department to ensure a seamless and coordinated process for employee departures.
- Maintain accurate records of all final settlement transactions, including calculations, payments, and benefit terminations.
- Providing clear and timely communication to departing employees regarding their final settlement and benefits, addressing any questions or concerns.
THE PERSON MUST
- Have a good verbal and written communication skills.
- Possess strong knowledge of air compressors, dryers, air vessels, line filters, and auto drains.
- Demonstrate strong safety awareness and adherence to workplace safety standards.
- Be proficient in maintaining accurate daily operational logs and reports.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree or HND in accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of two years' experience in HR operations, payroll, or benefits administration.
