PURPOSE
To implement all designated tasks in
addition to existing job requirement for the efficient running of the mill.
THE JOB
- Compliance to all Health &
Safety regulations.
- Carry out daily GMP checks
optimal capacity utilization.
- Routine monitoring of cleaning
machines and maintenance
- Carry out essential production
(breakdown and preventive) maintenance in order to minimize downtime.
- Documentation of process
reading and quality analysis report.
- Hygiene and Housekeeping.
- Report all Quality and Food
Safety Issues to the Food Safety Team.
- Report all FMN Lifesaving Rules
Violation and Behavioural Based Safety to the Safety Department.
- Any other tasks assigned by the
head of department.
THE PERSON MUST
- Have basic knowledge of milling
operations and production processes.
- Be attentive to detail and
committed to maintaining product quality standards.
- Demonstrate good communication
and teamwork skills to support shift operations.
- Be physically fit and able to
work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Follow safety procedures and
operational guidelines diligently.
QUALIFICATIONS
5 O’ level Credits including English &
Mathematics in not more than two sittings/Technical qualifications.
EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 2 years cognate
experience.
