PURPOSE
Responsible for
overseeing seamless IT operations at the site, serving as the primary IT
contact point for maintaining site technology infrastructure, providing expert
technical support and effective implementation of IT policies.
THE JOB
- Ensure the availability and reliability of
the network, servers, and other critical IT infrastructure.
- Acting as a liaison between the site and
HQ IT Unit to ensure alignment with company-wide IT strategies and
initiatives.
- Educating users on IT tools, systems, and
best practices.
- Maintaining site-specific IT
documentation, such as SOPs and inventories.
- Collaborating on IT migrations, upgrades,
and installations.
- Monitoring client systems for updates,
patches, antivirus definitions, and compliance metrics.
- Resolving IT incidents promptly to
minimize downtime.
- Managing the configuration and
installation of approved software and hardware on company devices. Etc.

QUALIFICATIONS
- 1st degree
(BSC/HND) in Computer Science or related course.
- IT
Information Library (ITIL) & Microsoft certification.
- Security
& network certification is added advantage.
EXPERIENCE
- 3 years’
experience in similar capacity.
- Knowledge
of current trends and developments in information technology.
