PURPOSE
To support the implementation, monitoring, and
continuous improvement of HSE systems across business verticals. The role
focuses on data accuracy, system usage, compliance tracking, training
coordination, and assisting in digital HSE initiatives under the guidance of
the HSE Systems Manager.
THE JOB
- Assist in
deploying and maintaining HSE digital tools (dashboards, incident tracking,
automated reporting).
- Support integration of ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and other
standards into operational processes.
- Conduct routine data validation, system audits, and
compliance checks.
- Generate HSE performance reports and analytics for
review by senior HSE leadership.
- Participate in HSE audits, inspections, and
investigations.
- Coordinate and support HSE training programs, including
scheduling, logistics, attendance tracking, and feedback collection.
- Maintain training records and assist in evaluating
training effectiveness.
- Liaise with BU HSE Leads and site teams to ensure
consistent system usage and reporting.
- Support emergency preparedness documentation and risk
assessment activities.

MUST
- Have excellent verbal and written
communication skills.
- Have demonstrated analytical thinking,
problem solving, and decision-making skills.
- Have strong knowledge of HSE
regulations and standards and stakeholders’ management abilities.
- Be able to thrive in a collaborative,
fast-paced environment.
QUALIFICATION
- B.Sc./HND in Environmental Science
or Engineering.
EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of 3 years in similar role.
