REDISTRIBUTION OFFICER FLOUR MILLS OF NIGERIA, APAPA
PURPOSE
Manage and
track recruitment and deployment of third-party sales team and own the
administrative process of their month payroll schedule.
THE JOB
- Driving adherence to the loading ration for van and
track category distribution weekly to ensure that all retail outlets under
coverage are adequately stocked with the right product mix.
- Track and analyse sales trends to identify growth
opportunities and optimize redistribution efforts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors,
trade partners and distributors to drive engagement and sales performance.
- Coordinate with the sales team to execute market
activation initiatives and trade promotions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, sales
processes, and redistribution guidelines.
- Support in training and mentoring sales
representatives on effective redistribution techniques.
- Manage and track recruitment and deployment of
third-party sales team.
- Liaising with the recruitment agencies with regards to
engagement and disengagement of the third-party sales team: owning the process
- Manage the payroll administrative process for third
party sales reps: preparing and managing the month payroll schedule.
- NB:
Work mode: 80% of work time would be dedicated to
in-office administration; 20% will be in the field.
THE PERSON MUST HAVE
- A strong understanding of redistribution processes,
including product allocation, routing, and last-mile delivery coordination.
- Proven ability to manage stock movement, ensure timely
dispatch, and maintain accuracy in inventory and redistribution records.
- Good knowledge of warehouse operations, distribution
planning, and compliance with safety and handling procedures.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to
liaise effectively with logistics teams, drivers, sales units, and customers.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
with the ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing distribution
needs.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum requirement: Minimum requirement: Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, Human resource management or a
related field.
EXPERIENCE
- Minimum requirement: 3+ years of experience in sales,
distribution, or route-to-market operations.
- Added Advantage: Experience in FMCG redistribution and
van sales management and HR administration.
