PURPOSE
The Predictive
Maintenance Technician is responsible for executing condition-based maintenance
using vibration analysis, thermography, ultrasound testing, and other
predictive tools. The role supports in diagnosing issues, improving asset
reliability, and reducing unplanned downtime.
THE JOB
- Predictive Maintenance & Condition
Monitoring.
- Perform vibration monitoring, thermography
scans, ultrasound inspections on all equipment's also carryout dynamics and
static test on all electric motors.
- Maintain and calibrate predictive maintenance
tools.
- Track and trend equipment condition in
Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
- Support troubleshooting of electrical,
mechanical and instrumentation issues.
- Contribute to root cause analysis
(RCA).
- Provide data-driven maintenance
recommendations.
- To provide report on ORM audit and
ensure proper tracking of all corrective action plan.
- To generate a report on all defects identified
and provide a tracker to ensure their timely closure.
THE PERSON MUST HAVE
- Have excellent verbal and written
communication skills.
- Have strong understanding of predictive
maintenance techniques such as vibration analysis, thermography, and ultrasound
inspections.
- Have ability to operate, maintain, and
calibrate predictive maintenance tools and equipment.
- Have good analytical and
problem-solving skills to interpret machine condition data and recommend
corrective actions.
- Be safety-conscious and adhere to
maintenance and operational safety standards.
QUALIFICATION
- 5 O’ level Credits including English
& Mathematics in not more than two sittings.
EXPERIENCE
- Minimum
of two year Cognate
experience in a related role.
