PURPOSE
HRIS Manager is responsible for leading the design, implementation, optimization, and governance of the Human Resource Information System (HRIS). The role combines strong HR systems expertise with hands-on project management capability to deliver HR technology initiatives that support business strategy, operational efficiency, and data-driven decision-making.
THE JOB
· Own the end-to-end management of the HRIS, ensuring data accuracy, system stability, security, and compliance.
· Administer and optimize HRIS modules covering core HR, payroll, performance management, learning, and talent processes.
· Serve as the primary HRIS subject matter expert and escalation point.
· Lead HRIS-related projects including system implementations, upgrades, integrations, and process redesign initiatives.
· Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and dependencies.
· Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business priorities.
· Drive change management, user adoption, and post-implementation reviews.
· Translate HR and business requirements into system configurations and technical solutions.
