PURPOSE
To design, implement, and sustain an integrated capability
development framework that builds technical, leadership, and functional
excellence across the Manufacturing units of FMN Verticals. The role ensures
workforce readiness, operational excellence, and continuous learning culture
that align with business growth and productivity objectives.
THE JOB
- Capability
Development Strategy: Develop and execute a multi-year capability roadmap
for Manufacturing, Technical, HSE & Quality units across the FMN Verticals
in alignment with corporate strategic goals.
- Learning
Program Design & Delivery: Design and manage structured learning
journeys (technical academies, certification programs, apprenticeships, and
on-the-job learning).
- Operational
Excellence & Capability Assessment: Develop and manage technical
competency matrices and skill gap analyses across all Manufacturing sites.
- Leadership
& Technical Pipeline Development: Collaborate with HR Business Partners
and Plant Managers to identify high-potential technical talents for accelerated
development.
- Stakeholder
Engagement & Governance: Build partnerships with OEMs, technical
institutions, and professional bodies for co-delivery of certification and
training programs.

QUALIFICATIONS
- B.Sc.
in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Industrial Relations,
Psychology, or a related discipline.
- CIPM,
SHRM, or HRCI certification.
EXPERIENCE
- Minimum
5–7 years HR experience, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial capacity.
