APPLICATION TECHNICAL MANAGER - FMN HOLDINGS

PURPOSE ​

To manage and oversee the technical aspects of business applications and software systems, ensuring efficiency, reliability, and alignment with organizational goals through effective leadership of development and support teams.

THE JOB

  • Managing the technical aspects of ERP systems (e.g., Dynamics 365) and other business applications.
  • Leading and collaborating with developers, testers, and technical analysts to deliver effective solutions.
  • Ensuring applications meet performance, scalability, and security standards (ISO 27001/CMMI).
  • Monitoring system performance and recommending improvements.
  • Providing technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to team members.
  • Collaborating with IT infrastructure, security teams, and business stakeholders.
  • Ensuring proper documentation and knowledge sharing.
  • Supporting users with Level 2/3 technical support.
  • Driving adoption of emerging technologies and process improvements.

QUALIFICATION

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Relevant certifications such as: ITIL, Microsoft Dynamics 365 (F&O and CRM), Microsoft Azure, Power automate, FMCG functional understanding

EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum of 7–10 years of experience in software development and application management.
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP (F&O, CRM) within an FMCG environment.
  • Proven experience managing technical teams and enterprise applications.
  • Experience with Azure cloud technologies and system integrations.
  • Solid understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
