PURPOSE
To manage and oversee the technical aspects of business
applications and software systems, ensuring efficiency, reliability, and
alignment with organizational goals through effective leadership of development
and support teams.
THE JOB
- Managing the technical aspects of ERP systems
(e.g., Dynamics 365) and other business applications.
- Leading and collaborating with developers, testers,
and technical analysts to deliver effective solutions.
- Ensuring applications meet performance,
scalability, and security standards (ISO 27001/CMMI).
- Monitoring system performance and recommending
improvements.
- Providing technical leadership, mentorship, and
guidance to team members.
- Collaborating with IT infrastructure, security
teams, and business stakeholders.
- Ensuring proper documentation and knowledge
sharing.
- Supporting users with Level 2/3 technical
support.
- Driving adoption of emerging technologies and
process improvements.

QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications such as: ITIL, Microsoft
Dynamics 365 (F&O and CRM), Microsoft Azure, Power automate, FMCG
functional understanding
EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of 7–10 years of experience in software
development and application management.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365
ERP (F&O, CRM) within an FMCG environment.
- Proven experience managing technical teams and
enterprise applications.
- Experience with Azure cloud technologies and
system integrations.
- Solid understanding of Agile and Waterfall
methodologies.
