PURPOSE
Manage and develop trade channels by driving sales
performance, strengthening distributor relationships, and executing retail
strategies to maximize market penetration and revenue growth.
THE JOB
- Oversee and manage multiple Key Distributors
(KDs) to ensure efficient trade development.
- Achieve sales volume targets through market
expansion and territory growth strategies.
- Lead direct-to-retail redistribution via van
sales and open market sales teams.
- Enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for
route planning and effective use of sales automation tools.
- Expand territory coverage by establishing and
optimizing sub-distributor networks.
- Develop and execute Joint Business Plans (JBPs)
with Key Distributors.
- Monitor sales performance through periodic
reviews and implement corrective actions.
- Analyze competitor activities and market trends
to recommend strategic initiatives.
- Build strong relationships with retailers and
distributors to ensure trade execution excellence.

Must be fluent in Yoruba & familiar with the West
region in- depthly
QUALIFICATION
- Bsc/HND in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a
related field
EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of 5+ years’ sales experience in FMCG,
preferably redistribution sales.
- Experience managing Key Distributor networks is
an added advantage.
