PURPOSE
To ensure that all internal control processes are
effectively monitored and enforced to minimize potential losses, wastages, and
operational discrepancies.
THE JOB
- Ensure the actual quantity of products stated on
Gate-pass, Waybill, or Authority to Load documents are accurately loaded into
trucks.
- Report any product variance or discrepancy to
the Internal Control Shift Supervisor.
- Maintain proper documentation of all product
load-outs in registers and loading charts.
- Reconcile Gate-pass and invoice details at the
loading bay before endorsing loading documents.
- Conduct physical verification of all local
supplies at stores and ensure supplies correspond with approved Purchase Orders
(POs).
- Ensure vendors’ waybills are treated in line
with internal control procedures.
- Record all supplied items on the store
monitoring register.
- Validate shipping and loading documents on D365
at exit gates across operational locations.
- Reconcile gate-pass quantities with weighbridge
docket net weight and invoiced quantity for both bagged and bulk products.
- Ensure all loaded trucks are within approved
weight tolerance levels.

- Be proficient in basic computer applications
- Demonstrate integrity, accountability, and
professionalism.
QUALIFICATION
- 5 O’Level credits, including Mathematics and
English.
- City
& Guilds Business & Finance / Accounting Certificates
EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in internal
control, warehouse operations, inventory management, or a related field is an
added advantage.
