ASSISTANT MANAGER, BAKERY SALES OPERATION (NORTHERN NIGERIA) GOLDEN PENNY FOODS

The Assistant Manager, Bakery Sales Operations will support the bakery sales team in driving operational excellence, optimizing sales processes, and ensuring seamless coordination between sales, logistics, customers, ultimately enhancing market penetration, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth

THE JOB

  • Implement and optimize bakery sales operations strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to strengthen execution.
  • Coordinate order processing to ensure timely fulfillment and delivery to customers.
  • Collaborate with logistics to minimize delays and enhance distribution efficiency.
  • Drive effective customer relationship management by resolving issues and improving service delivery.
  • Track and report key sales metrics including volume, revenue, and customer satisfaction.
  • Preparation and circulation of monthly inventory count schedule.

THE PERSON MUST

  • Must speak Hausa fluently and be familiar with the Northern region.
  • Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Possess excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Be proficient in sales operations tools, CRM systems, and data analytics.
  • Demonstrate the ability to drive process improvements and operational efficiency.
  • Have strong organizational and multitasking capabilities.


QUALIFICATION
                                      

HND/bachelor's degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.        

EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum of five years’ experience in sales operations, preferably within bakery or FMCG sector.
  • Experience in process optimization and data-driven decision-making is an added advantage
