PURPOSE
To develop, implement, and maintain a robust quality
assurance framework for IT systems and services, ensuring reliability,
efficiency, and alignment with business and user requirements while driving
continuous improvement and defect reduction.
THE JOB
- Ensures
that processes and practices are aligned across teams and providers to operate
effectively and efficiently.
- Engages
with senior stakeholders to secure commitment and resources needed for
effective acceptance testing.
- Validating
systems, products or services against user experience goals, metrics and
targets.
- Collaborates
with internal and external partners to facilitate an effective evaluation of
systems, products and services.
- Ensures
that a catalogue of available services is created and maintained and that
service level agreements are complete and cost effective.
- Tests
continuity management plans and procedures to ensure they address exposure to
risk and that agreed levels of continuity can be maintained.
- Lead
an effective Change Control process.
- Implement
and monitor effective and efficient quality document management process for
timely processing of document changes and distribution of quality information.
- Develops
and implements quality assurance problem reporting processes and systems.

QUALIFICATION
- Minimum
of B.Sc. / B.Eng. in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- ITIL
Foundation certification (mandatory)
- Professional
certifications such as CMSQ or COBIT (added advantage)
EXPERIENCE
- Minimum
of 10 years’ relevant experience in IT/Quality Assurance with at least 1–3 years in a supervisory or leadership
role.
- Prior
experience as an individual contributor in QA is an added advantage.
- Experience
in ERP solutions, specifically MS D365 F&O will be an added advantage.
