MANAGER, IT QUALITY ASSURANCE FMN HOLDINGS

PURPOSE 

To develop, implement, and maintain a robust quality assurance framework for IT systems and services, ensuring reliability, efficiency, and alignment with business and user requirements while driving continuous improvement and defect reduction.

THE JOB

  • Ensures that processes and practices are aligned across teams and providers to operate effectively and efficiently.
  • Engages with senior stakeholders to secure commitment and resources needed for effective acceptance testing.
  • Validating systems, products or services against user experience goals, metrics and targets.
  • Collaborates with internal and external partners to facilitate an effective evaluation of systems, products and services.
  • Ensures that a catalogue of available services is created and maintained and that service level agreements are complete and cost effective.
  • Tests continuity management plans and procedures to ensure they address exposure to risk and that agreed levels of continuity can be maintained.
  • Lead an effective Change Control process.
  • Implement and monitor effective and efficient quality document management process for timely processing of document changes and distribution of quality information.
  • Develops and implements quality assurance problem reporting processes and systems.

THE PERSON MUST

  • Have strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
  • Be highly detail-oriented with strong analytical ability
  • Demonstrate structured problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Possess excellent communication and collaboration skills.

QUALIFICATION

  • Minimum of B.Sc. / B.Eng. in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • ITIL Foundation certification (mandatory)
  • Professional certifications such as CMSQ or COBIT (added advantage)

EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum of 10 years’ relevant experience in IT/Quality Assurance with at  least 1–3 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Prior experience as an individual contributor in QA is an added advantage.
  • Experience in ERP solutions, specifically MS D365 F&O will be an added advantage.
