PURPOSE
Support logistics and dispatch operations by coordinating
shipments, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring timely delivery of goods
in compliance with company policies and procedures
THE JOB
- Coordinate
inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
- Track
shipments and provide updates to stakeholders on delivery status while
resolving delays where necessary.
- Prepare
and maintain logistics documentation including invoices, shipping records, and
inventory reports.
- Liaise
with transporters, warehouse teams, and suppliers to ensure efficient logistics
operations.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock
reconciliation to prevent discrepancies.
- Ensure
compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards in
logistics operations.
- Support
the logistics team in resolving transportation issues and optimizing delivery
routes.
- Verify
shipment details and reconcile discrepancies with suppliers and transporters.
- Maintain
proper filing and documentation of logistics records and reports.
- Assist
in preparing logistics performance reports on efficiency, costs, and
operational improvements.
THE

- Demonstrate
strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Possess
good problem-solving ability to address logistics and transportation
challenges.
- Be
proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Have
strong attention to detail in managing logistics documentation.
- Possess
good communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with internal and
external stakeholders.
QUALIFICATION
- Minimum
of OND in a related field.
EXPERIENCE
- 1–3
years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or dispatch operations.
- Experience
in FMCG or manufacturing environments will be an added advantage..
