PURPOSE
To support the execution, supervision, and continuous
improvement of supply chain operations across the business. This role ensures
alignment with standardized frameworks, processes, and systems defined by the
Group Head, Supply Chain Capability & Excellence, while driving operational
efficiency, compliance, and performance across all supply chain functions and
business units.
THE JOB
- Supervise
day-to-day supply chain operations across multiple business units, including
planning, procurement, warehousing, and distribution.
- Ensure
adherence to standardized supply chain processes, policies, and governance
frameworks.
- Drive
consistency, efficiency, and operational excellence across all locations and
functions.
- Monitor
and analyze key supply chain KPIs (e.g., service levels, inventory turnover,
order fulfillment, cost efficiency).
- Prepare
periodic performance reports and dashboards for management review.
- Identify
performance gaps, trends, and improvement opportunities; recommend actionable
solutions.
- Support
the rollout and enforcement of standardized supply chain processes and systems
across the organization.
- Collaborate
cross-functionally to identify inefficiencies and implement process
improvements.
THE
PERSON MUST
- Demonstrate
strong knowledge of end-to-end supply chain operations (planning, procurement,
warehousing, and distribution).
- Have
proven ability to supervise operations and drive efficiency across multiple
business units or locations.
- Possess
strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, track KPIs, and
make data-driven decisions.
- Be
highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage
multiple priorities effectively.
QUALIFICATION
- HND/bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a
related field
EXPERIENCE
- Minimum
of 3–5 years’ experience in supply chain operations.
- Experience
within a multi-site or FMCG environment is strongly preferred.
