PURPOSE
To implement, manage, and optimize supply chain planning
processes and strategies across PFM operations, ensuring seamless coordination
between procurement, production, logistics, inventory control, sales, and
demand planning.
THE JOB
- Develop and execute strategic supply chain plans
to ensure the availability of raw materials, packaging materials, additives,
and other production inputs.
- Collaborate with procurement teams to source and
manage suppliers effectively.
- Partner with production, technical, quality,
logistics, and sales teams to ensure material availability and timely delivery.
- Analyze demand trends and forecast supply requirements
to optimize inventory levels and production planning.
- Monitor inventory levels and implement lean
inventory practices to reduce waste and improve cash flow.
- Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies
to minimize supply chain disruptions.
- Utilize ERP systems and data analytics tools to
monitor supply chain performance and drive data-based decision-making.
- Analyze supply chain KPIs to identify
bottlenecks, improve forecasting accuracy, and enhance operational performance.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused
on efficiency, cost reduction, and service excellence.
THE PERSON MUST
- Possess strong supply chain planning, demand
forecasting, and inventory management expertise.
- Demonstrate excellent analytical and
problem-solving skills.
- Have strong knowledge of ERP systems and data
analytics tools.
- Be capable of managing complex supply chain
networks and multiple stakeholders.
- Possess excellent negotiation, communication,
and relationship management skills.
QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management,
Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of eight (8) years' experience in supply
chain planning, procurement, demand forecasting, or related supply chain
functions.
