PURPOSE
To support the Quality Control Officer in ensuring that all
raw materials, production processes, and finished products meet the company's
quality standards, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations.
THE JOB
- Conduct
routine physio-chemical analysis of raw materials and finished products to
ensure compliance with established standards.
- Monitor
chemical micro-feeders to ensure the correct application of additives and
micronutrients.
- Carry
out regular test baking of production and packaging samples to evaluate product
performance and quality.
- Inspect
finished product packaging and verify weight conformity with company and
regulatory standards.
- Analyze
diesel supplied to the plant to ensure compliance with required specifications.
- Participate
in plant fumigation exercises as required.
- Enforce
compliance with FSSC regulations, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and
quality assurance procedures.
- Assist
in maintaining product quality standards across all production activities.
- Perform
other related duties as assigned.

the ability to follow established procedures and quality control processes.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 5
O-Level credits, including Mathematics and English/ NABTEB, or Trade Test
Grade.
EXPERIENCE
- Minimum
of two (2) years' relevant experience in a quality assurance, quality control,
manufacturing, or related environment.
