PURPOSE
To support efficient packing operations by ensuring the
availability, proper handling, and safekeeping of packing materials, while
facilitating the timely packing and dispatch of finished products in line with
the company's production and customer service objectives.
THE JOB
- Collect
packing materials from the store and ensure their availability for packing
operations.
- Maintain
proper custody and safekeeping of all materials received for use.
- Support
the effective loading and dispatch of finished products to customers.
- Assist
in coordinating and supervising packers and loaders to ensure smooth
operations.
- Monitor
packing activities to ensure adherence to required quality standards, including
bag weight and stitching quality.
- Prepare
and maintain relevant operational reports.
- Ensure
compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies and procedures.
- Adhere
to Food Safety System Certification (FSSC) requirements and standards.
- Perform
other related duties as assigned.

good attention to detail, particularly in packing quality and inventory
handling.

QUALIFICATIONS
- 5
O-Level credits, including Mathematics and English/ NABTEB, or Trade Test
Grade.
- NABTEB
/ City & Guilds (C&G) in a related discipline.
EXPERIENCE
- Minimum
of two (2) years' relevant experience in a manufacturing, production,
warehousing, or packing environment.
