Resolve IT incidents and service requests promptly to minimize downtime and ensure the availability of end-user IT services. 

Install, configure, deploy, and maintain desktop hardware, software, operating systems, and peripheral devices in line with IT standards. 

Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and operating system issues, providing advanced technical and desk-side support where required. 

Perform preventive maintenance, including system upgrades, software releases, security patches, and hotfix deployments to maintain endpoint reliability. 

Ensure all support activities comply with agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs), IT policies, and operational procedures while maintaining accurate technical documentation. 

Collaborate with IT teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to drive service improvements, implement technology enhancements, and deliver a high level of customer satisfaction. 

Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills. 

Strong knowledge of Windows desktop operating systems and Microsoft 365. 

Good analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. 

Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. 

Knowledge of ITIL service management principles is an added advantage. 

OND or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering or any related discipline 

Microsoft certification is a requirement 

IITL Foundation training and/or certification is an advantage
