PURPOSE ​

The Finance Manager, Supply Chain will provide end-to-end financial support to the Group Supply Chain Director and MD GTD across Procurement, Logistics, and Distribution functions. The role serves as a strategic finance business partner, ensuring financial discipline, delivering insightful analysis, driving cost optimization, and supporting informed business decision-making across the supply chain value chain.

THE JOB​

• Partner with Supply Chain leadership to drive business performance through data-driven financial insights.
• Provide financial support across Procurement, Logistics, and Distribution operations.
• Review procurement contracts and pricing structures to ensure commercial viability, competitiveness, and compliance with company policies.
• Manage and maintain robust financial controls, governance standards, and audit requirements across Supply Chain activities.
• Lead annual budgeting, long-range strategic planning, and quarterly rolling forecasts.
• Conduct financial modelling, scenario analysis, and P&L sensitivity assessments to support strategic decisions.
• Monitor cost drivers, working capital performance, and initiatives aimed at improving supply chain productivity.

THE PERSON MUST HAVE​

• Have advanced Microsoft Excel and financial modelling skills.
• Possess a strong understanding of profit and loss management, cost structures, gross margin analysis, and working capital management.
• Be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Have experience working with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms.

QUALIFICATIONS​

• B.SC/ HND in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Professional Accounting Certification such as ACA, ACCA, or equivalent is preferred.

EXPERIENCE​

• Minimum of 6-12 years' progressive experience in Supply Chain Finance, including exposure to Procurement, Logistics, and Distribution.
• Proven experience in both Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) and Financial Control functions.
