QUALITY ASSURANCE PROCESS CHECKER - GOLDEN PENNY FOODS B2B, APAPA
PURPOSE
To assist in ensuring compliance to established Quality Assurance processes.
THE JOB
Incoming packaging material receipt inspection.
Delivery truck and bulk tank inspection.
Validation of mill and packing equipment cleaning.
Pre and post fumigation inspection.
Online packing inspection including weight checks, coding, stitching and others.
Validation of Bin, Mill and Packing Equipment Cleaning.
Ensure efficient CCP monitoring.
Conduct pep talk and induction to factory personnel and newly employed factory operatives on quality and food safety.
THE PERSON MUST
Have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Possess a good understanding of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation management systems.
Have practical knowledge of Integrated Pest Management (IPM) and hygiene control programs.
Be able to work under minimal supervision.
QUALIFICATION
- Minimum of 5 credits including Mathematics and English in O'Levels (WAEC/NECO/GCE) in Science Discipline.
EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of two (2) years' cognate experience in manufacturing, food processing, or flour milling operations.
