CONDITION MONITORING TECHNICIAN​ - B2C- PREMIUM EDIBLE OIL PRODUCTS LIMITED, IBADAN​

PURPOSE 

To carry out condition monitoring activities (vibration analysis, thermography, oil analysis and other predictive techniques) on plant equipment to detect early signs of deterioration and support proactive, data-driven maintenance decisions. 

THE JOB  

Carry out scheduled condition monitoring routes using vibration analysis, thermography, ultrasound and other predictive tools, generate report from tool and import thermography report to close workorders on Microsoft dynamics 365. 

Collect, analyse and interpret condition monitoring data to identify early signs of equipment deterioration, generate condition monitoring reports and raise workorders/alerts for equipment showing abnormal trends 

Support root cause analysis for failures by providing historical trend and diagnostic data 

Maintain accurate condition monitoring records and update the CMMS/EAM system 

Coordinate with Planning and craft technicians to prioritise corrective actions based on equipment criticality 

Support the development and continuous improvement of the condition-based and predictive maintenance programme 

Understand the company’s food safety policy, its objective, and the benefits of an improved food safety management system.

Be organised and able to manage materials efficiently 

Have a strong sense of responsibility and accountability 

Possess good communication and teamwork skills 

Be able to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment 

QUALIFICATIONS  

OND/HND in Mechanical Engineering or any technical related field 

EXPERIENCE  

Minimum of three (3) years' cognate experience preferably in a manufacturing, production or FMCG environment 

Relevant certifications in Total Production Management (TPM) and ISO standards
