THE PURPOSE
To plan, record, coordinate, and control the Technical
Projects department’s procurement and stores.
THE JOB
- Develop and coordinate Materials, tools, and job
requests.
- Generate material requisitions on ERP
Platforms
- Follow jobs budget, monitor supplier
performance, and conduct periodic evaluations.
- Check material specification and quality on
delivery.
- Coordinate project materials store and monitor
inventory levels of key project work items and tools
- Check vendors' attendance and invoices.
- Review purchase orders, contracts, and other
procurement documents.
- Monitor inventory levels and track usage
patterns to optimize inventory management and minimize stock-outs or excess
inventory.
THE PERSON MUST
- Have good knowledge of technical tools,
consumables, and spares
- Have an excellent verbal and written
communication skill.
- Possess project management and data analytical
skills.
- Be team-oriented, adaptable, and dependable.
- Strong financial knowledge and Microsoft suite
competence.
- Be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Pay high attention to details.
QUALIFICATION
- HND in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
EXPERIENCE
- 3 years minimum experience in a similar role.
