Ensure that the actual quantity of products stated on gate pass/manual waybill/authority to load is loaded into trucks.   

Ensure proper documentation of product load-out in a register/loading chat.  

Reconcile gate pass and invoice at the loading bay before appending signature on the loading documents. 

Physical verification of local supplies at stores/offices and treatment of vendors’ waybills in line with Internal Control procedures.  

Witness diesel transfer from diesel tank at FMN to FMN and Golden Sugar Power Plants.  

Document supply items on store monitoring register.  

Validation of shipping/loading documents on Axapta at exit gates in all operational locations.  

Have a strong knowledge of accounting principles and internal control procedures.  

Ability to work independently and as part of a team   

Have strong communication and interpersonal skills. 

Be familiar with auditing standards and regulations 

Have understanding on risks management an 

AAT, OND In Accounting, Banking and Finance and related field
