QUALITY CONTROL ANALYST – FLOUR MILLS OF NIGERIA PLC, APAPA.
PURPOSE OF THE JOB
To ensure that finished products for dispatch meet with standards set by the government and customer requirements.
THE JOB
Ensure that the company and group products meet both the external and internal quality requirements.
Ensure compliance and surpass customer expectations.
Supervise laboratory assistants to follow standard operation procedures.
Ensure laboratory sanitations are met to yield effective results.
Responsible for stocktaking of laboratory equipment and reagents for record keeping.
Carry out rheological analysis of flour products.
Run daily proximate analysis of all company’s products.
Conduct, monitor and report shelf life of company's products.
Create and manage external and internal check sample program and laboratory checks.
Prepare chemicals and run protein analysis.
THE PERSON MUST
Have a strong knowledge of accounting principles and internal control procedures.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Be familiar with auditing standards and regulations
Have understanding on risks management
QUALIFICATION
Degree in Chemistry/Food Science and Technology.
EXPERIENCE
Minimum 3 Years experience FMCG Industry.
