PURPOSE
To market and sell the company’s products to existing and
potential customers; maintain and ensure customer retention and loyalty; and
ensure the execution of the agreed strategies and programs to achieve the
company's sales objectives within the territory, area, or region.
THE JOB
- Prospect
and qualify new sales leads
- Schedule
meeting and presentation with customers
- Create
a selling route for all your key distributors
- Develop
wholesalers to key distributors
- Monitor
the sales trend of your customers
- Monthly
market survey
- Create,
Plan, and deliver presentations on company products
- Track
all sales activities and keep current by updating customer’s information
regularly
- Maintain
a well-developed pipeline of customers
- Develop
a strong, ongoing relationship with prospects and customers
- Meet
and/or exceed your monthly target
- Coordinate
with other team members and departments to optimize sales.
- Ensure
the safety of self and others in the line of duty
- Perform
any other duties as assigned by Management
THE
PERSON MUST
- Possess
excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Be
able to achieve or exceed the territory’s annual sales target.
- Have
problem solving skills and analytical skills.
- Have
the ability to influence customers to make purchasing decisions.
- Ensure
that all GMP and safety rules are followed 100% of the time.
- Possess
high level of conformance with FSMS.
- Assist
in reducing customers ignorance of the company's brand and products within the
territory.
QUALIFICATION
- BSc/HND in any related discipline.
EXPERIENCE
- 3
years experience in sales and distribution.
