PURPOSE
Drive the execution of the sales operations strategy for bakeries and dealers to ensure overall success by overseeing the end-to-end processes. Collaborate with stakeholders to implement measures to enhance efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
THE JOB
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve bakery sales targets and optimize bakery sales operations.
- Oversee the drafting and finalization of sales agreements, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Lead efforts to optimize order processing, inventory management, and logistics for maximum efficiency.
- Implement data-driven decisions to drive continuous improvement in sales operations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, addressing concerns and proactively identifying opportunities for business growth.
- Oversee and optimize credit terms in sales agreements to balance risk and business growth.
- Analyze comprehensive reports on dealer /bakery sales performance, logistics efficiency and financial metrics.
