NATIONAL SALES OPERATIONS MANAGER – FLOUR MILLS OF NIGERIA PLC, LAGOS.

PURPOSE

Drive the execution of the sales operations strategy for bakeries and dealers to ensure overall success by overseeing the end-to-end processes. Collaborate with stakeholders to implement measures to enhance efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

THE JOB

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve bakery sales targets and optimize bakery sales operations.
  • Oversee the drafting and finalization of sales agreements, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead efforts to optimize order processing, inventory management, and logistics for maximum efficiency.
  • Implement data-driven decisions to drive continuous improvement in sales operations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, addressing concerns and proactively identifying opportunities for business growth.
  • Oversee and optimize credit terms in sales agreements to balance risk and business growth.
  • Analyze comprehensive reports on dealer /bakery sales performance, logistics efficiency and financial metrics.

  • Have excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Be Proficient in CRM software.

QUALIFICATION

  • BSc/HND/MBA in any related discipline.
  • Professional Certification will be an added advantage.

EXPERIENCE

  • Five years cognate experience
