PURPOSE
To coordinate the entire sales activities and processes by being
accountable for achieving volume, revenue, and margin growth targets to meet
the BU needs.
THE JOB
•Analyze
market trends and future needs in the cassava value chain.
•Understanding
the competitive environment and profiling significant customers.
•Mapping
the above analysis to the strategic priorities of the company to select target
customers.
•Managing
customer relations and updating them on their order status.
•Ensure
relevant sales budget and targets are met.
•Responsible
for the development of a sales Growth plan and third-party acquisition.
•Ensure
regular visitation of customers together with the appointed Sales Team.
•Manage
and lead the team in reducing stock holdings in the warehouse.
•Management
of debtor payments
•Review
accounts to identify problems, such as overdue accounts.
•Responsible
for training the Sales Team.

QUALIFICATIONS
•BSC/HND
in Business /Finance/ Engineering/ Science or related discipline.
•MSc
in Business Administration is an added advantage.
EXPERIENCE
•Minimum
of 5 years experience in a similar role.
