PURPOSE
To ensure that products or services meet established
quality standards and specifications by monitoring, inspecting, and testing
production processes and outputs.
THE JOB
- Ensure that necessary Laboratory analysis is conducted
with well calibrated equipment to evaluate product quality and compliance with
current good manufacturing practices.
- Daily management of the quality processes in the factory
in line with specified standards to meet regulatory requirements to ensure
compliance requirements to ensure compliance to standards.
- Monitor and prepare the factory for inspection by both
internal and external inspections and ensure communication of best practice to
system owners and management.
- Educate system
owners in the factories on food safety and quality management system
(FSMS/QMS/TPM) etc.
THE PERSON
MUST
- Have excellent communication and
interpersonal skills.
- Possess strong analytical and
quantitative skills.
- Be detail-oriented with strong
problem-solving abilities.
- Good attention to details.
- Possess the ability to work effectively
in a team environment.
QUALIFICATION
- HND/BSc. in Microbiology, Chemistry,
Food Science & Technology or any other related fields.
EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of 3 years in food Processing
Company.
