PURPOSE
To ensure software, systems and products meet the organization's quality standard requirements through the implementation of quality assurance strategies, development and execution of test plans to detect defects to operate efficiently and identify opportunities for improvement.
THE JOB
- To confirm adherence to factory’s Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) by all concerned through inspection of production, packaging and any other area within the premises where activities could pose a threat to food safety.
- Ensure all standard operating procedures of the refinery processes.
- Ensure compliance to specifications of refinery final products.
- Confirm that all cleaning schedules are followed, and reports of cleaning are maintained and are effective.
- Maintain a log of all customers complains.
- Follow up any customers complains and discuss matters that need attention or improvement with the QA Manager.
THE PERSON MUST
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Possess strong analytical and quantitative skills.
- Be detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Possess the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
QUALIFICATION
- HND/BSc. in Microbiology, Industrial Chemistry, Biology, Chemistry, Food Science & Technology or any other related fields.
EXPERIENCE
- At least 3 years' experience in food processing company.
