FLEXIBLE PACKAGING SALES MANAGER BAGCO, IGANMU

PURPOSE

Lead the business development and account management efforts in the flexible packaging sector by managing key accounts, acquiring new clients, and driving revenue growth.

THE JOB

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets across Nigeria.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic customers and ensure consistent satisfaction and retention.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate packaging solutions.
  • Recommend improvements in product offerings, pricing strategy, and service delivery based on market intelligence.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, activity reports, and market insights to senior management.
  • Promote a high-performance, customer-focused sales culture.
  • Identify new markets, customer segments, and product opportunities for expansion.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with key accounts to identify growth opportunities and resolve issues.
  • Manage and grow relationships with major clients across FMCG, food & beverage, agriculture, pharmaceuticals, etc.

THE PERSON MUST  

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with standards (e.g. ISO, NAFDAC) and quality control practices in packaging.
  • Ability to translate customer needs into technical packaging solutions.
  • Ability to penetrate key accounts and close high-value deals.

QUALIFICATION

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Packaging Technology, or a related field.

EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum of five years sales experience in flexible packaging or related sectors.
