PURPOSE
To ensure efficient management of the Group insurance portfolio,
support efficient management of company’s rental income and prompt settlement
of statutory levies and rents.
THE JOB
- Assist
to process claims documentation, ensuring timely submission and completeness of
evidence to insurers.
- Follow
up with insurance providers on claim statuses and escalate unresolved issues
for prompt resolution.
- Maintain
a log of all claims, settlements, and ongoing cases to ensure data accuracy and
reporting efficiency.
- Monthly
Reconciliation of prepayment schedule and claims receivable account.
- Preparation
of prepayment schedules for FMN and its entities.
- Set-up
of Monthly periodic journals.
- Proper
record of Maintenance expense and provide support to the insurance officer on
the management of the company property.
- Prompt
payment processing of all government levies.
THE PERSON MUST
- Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills.
- Possess strong analytical and
critical thinking skills.
- Be highly organized and detail oriented.
- Take initiative and be proactive.
QUALIFICATION
- OND in Accounting or any other
related discipline.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and
other analytical tools will be an added advantage.
EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of 2years’ cognate experience.
