PURPOSE

To ensure the efficient and accurate collation of daily order fulfilments at all regional distribution centers, optimizing processes to align with ordering patterns and directly contribute to the growth of the Rising Stars & Innovation and other B2C portfolios growth agenda.

THE JOB

• Coordinates with the RDC Operations Manager, Logistics Manager, Customer Services team, and Regional Sales team to manage the shipment of RS & Innovation products to Regional Distribution Centers, including shipment plans and truck allocation.
• Collates daily open order generations and fulfilments for RS & Innovation products at the RDCs.
• Liaises and collaborates with the warehouse supervisor to collate orders and reconcile them with available inventory at the RDC.
• Liaises with the regional sales team on order reviews and adjustments to meet order fulfilment plans/targets.
• Drives On-Time In-Full (OTIF) delivery, Sales forecast adherence, off-loading efficiency, and manages the % of back-order rate for all RS & Innovation + Core products at the RDCs.
• Drives portfolio sales through the Combo loading model for both RS & Innovation + Core products.

QUALIFICATION

• B.SC Degree.
• OND in social science or any related field.

EXPERIENCE

• At least 2 years’ cognate experience in a similar role.
