PURPOSE
Plan and receive/issue packaging materials and consumables to ensure smooth production operations as well as maintain adequate record of materials consumption to meet production targets.
THE JOB
- Carry out physical verification of local supplies, ensuring proper documentation and treatment of vendors’ waybills in compliance with internal control procedures.
- Monitor diesel transfers between vendors and internal units, verifying quantity and process accuracy.
- Maintain and update store monitoring registers for supplies, returns, and scrap load outs.
- Make sure that returned items from stock counts are properly checked and promptly entered the system.
- Participate in monthly inventory counts and perform random spot checks to reconcile physical stock with system records.
- Monitor the issuance, usage, and documentation of spare parts to ensure compliance with established procedures and accuracy in record-keeping.

- Have good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Possess strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Demonstrate keen attention to detail and analytical thinking.
- Be able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 5 O’ Level credits including Mathematics and English Language in not more than two sittings.
- Technical certification would be an added advantage.
EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of two years’ experience in a similar role.
