PURPOSE
To build and operate a B2C sales data monitoring system,
that will drive home the company’s commercial objectives i.e., profitability,
availability, and visibility of B2C products nation-wide in the most
cost-effective manner.
THE JOB
- Collaborate
with marketing and B2C sales to develop an improvement plan for a
high-performing commercial team to increase B2C products and brand awareness.
- Obtain
and analyze SFA report weekly on B2C sales including B2B sales data and report
to stakeholders.
- Field
coaching & accompaniments with Rising Star sales reps to train and report
on their activities, in conjunction with the National Sales Capability Manager.
- Liaise
with RDC Managers to monitor and report on stock levels, replenishment, and
lead-time reporting.
- Attend
weekly/monthly B2C sales performance review meeting.
- Manage
external relationships, third party agents and regulators for mutual goals.
- Undertake
the on-boarding of all new Sales hires in the region.
- Contribute
and follow up a salesforce performance bonus scheme.
THE
PERSON MUST
- Have
excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Have
strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Be
experienced in sales coaching and team performance improvement.
- Understand
both B2B and B2C sales models.
QUALIFICATIONS
- B.SC
in any Social Science or any related field
- MBA
will be an added advantage.
EXPERIENCE
- Minimum
of seven years’ experience in a FMCG Industry.
