SALES PERFORMANCE & OPERATIONS MANAGER PREMIUM EDIBLE OIL PRODUCTS LIMITED – IBADAN

PURPOSE

To build and operate a B2C sales data monitoring system, that will drive home the company’s commercial objectives i.e., profitability, availability, and visibility of B2C products nation-wide in the most cost-effective manner.

THE JOB

  • Collaborate with marketing and B2C sales to develop an improvement plan for a high-performing commercial team to increase B2C products and brand awareness.
  • Obtain and analyze SFA report weekly on B2C sales including B2B sales data and report to stakeholders.
  • Field coaching & accompaniments with Rising Star sales reps to train and report on their activities, in conjunction with the National Sales Capability Manager.
  • Liaise with RDC Managers to monitor and report on stock levels, replenishment, and lead-time reporting.
  • Attend weekly/monthly B2C sales performance review meeting.
  • Manage external relationships, third party agents and regulators for mutual goals.
  • Undertake the on-boarding of all new Sales hires in the region.
  • Contribute and follow up a salesforce performance bonus scheme.

THE PERSON MUST

  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Have strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Be experienced in sales coaching and team performance improvement.
  • Understand both B2B and B2C sales models.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • B.SC in any Social Science or any related field
  • MBA will be an added advantage.

EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum of seven years’ experience in a FMCG Industry.
